Operation conditions
These schedules will be applied under normal operating conditions, that is, they may be altered by climatic reasons, difficulties on the route, problematic dates (Reveillon, Carnival, Holidays, etc) or others unforeseen causes.

Important: In case of cancellation or rescheduling of flights within 48 business hours prior to the trip, or delay in their arrival at their destination, the fixed schedules of our services are subject to availability. Any extra cost is the responsibility of the passenger, the airline or the agency when it decides to take over.

Baggage: One medium size piece per passenger plus hand luggage will be allowed. The schedules of the departure services or from hotel to hotel, will be assigned the previous business day in schedule evening, reconfirming them directly to the passengers at destination in writing at the reception of the hotel.

1- Antes de Viajar
Te recomendamos revisar con detalle tu voucher y contactarnos en caso de tener alguna duda a nuestro número de Lunes a Viernes de 10 a 18 hs: WhatsApp +54 9 11 6106-1759.
Se permite una maleta mediana y un bolso de mano de forma gratuita para cada pasajero. Si necesita transportar un cochecito de bebé, una silla de ruedas o cualquier otro objeto mediano o grande, contáctenos para conocer las políticas y la disponibilidad.
2- Durante tu viaje
Desde el momento en que empieza tu viaje, cuentas con los siguientes teléfonos en destino durante las 24 horas así nos contactas ante cualquier inquietud.

3- En el Aeropuerto
Luego de recoger tu equipaje dirígete al portón de salida, nuestro equipo te recepciona con un cartel de la empresa "In Búzios". Aquí esperarás en grupo para atender las indicaciones de nuestro equipo para tomar el servicio. Es importante que contactes con nuestro equipo lo antes posible al llegar, ya que podrías ser el último pasajero a quien esperamos y el servicio podría partir antes del horario programado.
4- En el hotel
Partiendo desde un hotel en Rio de Janeiro: Te pasamos a buscar en el horario informado a la recepción del hotel o enviado directamente a tu WhatsApp. El aviso del horario se envía el día anterior, a partir de las 17 hs. Si no recibieras ese aviso por favor contáctate con nosotros. En el horario indicado debes estar listo, con tus maletas preparadas y el check-out realizado.
5- Traslado
Es importante considerar:
- Partiendo desde el Aeropuerto Santos Dumont: Realizarás un trasbordo a otro vehículo en el Aeropuerto Tom Jobim.
- Una duración de 3 horas de viaje en condiciones normales de operatividad, con una parada obligatoria por ley de 15 minutos aproximadamente en el Shopping Oasis Graal, a mitad de camino.
- Posibilidad de cambio de vehículo en destino dependiendo de la ubicación de su hotel. Queremos dejarte en la puerta de tu hotel. No todos los vehículos consiguen llegar a todos los hoteles, sobre todo cuando éste estuviera ubicado en una calle estrecha o de difícil acceso.
- Posibilidad de cambio de vehículo dependiendo de la cantidad de personas. Queremos que viajes lo más cómodo posible, por eso contamos con una amplia flota para cada necesidad.
- Si tu destino final es un hotel en Cabo Frio o Arraial do Cabo: Realizarás un trasbordo a otro vehículo en São Pedro da Aldeia.
6- Regreso
Te informaremos el día anterior a tu viaje el horario definitivo vía escrita a la Recepción de tu hotel o vía WhatsApp. Créenos que luego de más de 30 años de experiencia, contamos con el criterio adecuado para programar tu viaje con antelación y confort para que no pierdas tu vuelo.

7- Modificaciones y/o cancelaciones
Es muy importante que nos informes acerca de cualquier modificación. Queremos estar al tanto de cualquier cambio en tu itinerario.
