If your departure is from a hotel in Rio de Janeiro or Búzios, you will be informed 24 hours. before your service, the exact time after which our team will pick you up at your hotel. This information is sent to the hotel reception the day before the service, usually after 5 pm. Our passengers always have an emergency telephone and WhatsApp available for any type of consultation.

To book your transfer it is important that you inform us of the origin and destination of your trip. If any of them is an airport, we will ask for information about the flight you arrive or leave.
