The newest Spanish restaurant on the peninsula opened its doors in the summer of 2015, in the Orla Bardot, in a beautiful space facing the sea. In the entrance menu, there are options of Spanish tapas like raw ham croquettes, octopus a la gallega, wild potatoes, octopus ceviche, carpaccio of smoked salmon, bruchettas, among others. Among the main dishes, the most famous are the seafaring paellas, with lobster, shrimp, squid, octopus and fish, and also Rincon grellado, with cuadril, steak of chorizo and rib of lamb, with wonderful accompaniments. To offer, the wine list offers imported brands from Spain, Argentina and Chile. The desserts also attract attention: Catalan cream, Torta Santiago, panacota with red fruit sauce and chocolate opera.
